Prayer Guide Lines
Step 1
REMEMBERANCE
​
Look at your inner life, are you really oké with God YHWH?
How is your relationship with the Creator of the universe?
Do you live in intimacy with the eternal Father?
Look back where you came from:
The first principle of repentance is to acknowledge and admit that there has been wrongdoing.
The second principle is to feel true godly sorrow for living a life without counting on God YHWH, for it is Him whom you have offended.
The third principle is to turn back to God Almighty and forsake your sin.
The fourth principle is to accept Christ Jesus as your savior.
Thereafter you become a child of God.
This is where we step in: a child of God has received the privilege of talking to his/her Heavenly Father in prayer at any time about anything.
The Christian life is a personal relationship to God through Christ Jesus.
And best of all, it is a relationship that will last for all eternity.

Prayer is the key for a breakthrough of many, sometimes impossible, things.
Step 2
The prayer of a righteous person has great power as it is working.
BEING RIGHTEOUS
It's the basic spiritual principle to be righteous and clean as you want to join in prayer.
God tells us to be holy; "For I Am Holy."
In the Bible you can read about the power of prayer of a righteous person.
Is being righteous the same as being holy?

The righteous person:
Finally, brothers and sisters, whatever is true, whatever is noble, whatever is right, whatever is pure, whatever is lovely, whatever is admirable—if anything is excellent or praiseworthy—think about such things. (Philippians 4:8)

The holy person:
Dear friends, let us purify ourselves from everything that contaminates body and spirit, perfecting holiness out of reverence for God. (2 Corinthians 7:1)

Step 3
WHAT MEANS PRAYING
Praying is not only speaking to God YHWH.
Praying means also listening to God YHWH.
The result of praying depends on your relationship with God YHWH.
Read the following guidelines to be prepared to pray:

Make your own thank/prayer list.

Stay in a quiet room where nobody can disturb you.

Before starting stay tuned in to YHWH.

Listen to worship music or meditate on parts of the Bible.

Open your mind and spirit.
-
Let go of things that can influence your thoughts.

Ask the Holy Spirit to fill your room.
-
Investigate yourself of there's nothing between you and God.
-
Think about how the Holy Spirit wants you to Pray.

Firstly: be thankful for who God YHWH is.

Secondly: say thanks to Christ Jesus for His sacrifice.
Step 4
PRAYER
Prayer is spiritual communication between man and God YHWH, a two-way relationship in which man should not only talk to God but also listen to Him. Prayer to God the Father is like a child’s conversation with his father; talking about things of life, sharing personal matters. It is natural for a child to talk to his father about the things and needs of life.

The best promise in The Bible to encourage us to pray you can find in the gospel of Matthew: “Ask and it will be given to you; seek and you will find; knock and the door will be opened to you."
Who is talking to whom?
Herewith we introduce you the biblical ABC of prayer:
A- HOW:
Philippians 4:6 - Do not be anxious about anything, but in everything by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving let your requests be made known to God.
B- WHERE:
Matthew 6:6 - But when you pray, go into your room and shut the door and pray to your Father who is in secret. And your Father who sees in secret will reward you.
C- SUPPORT:
Romans 8:26 - Likewise the Spirit helps us in our weakness. For we do not know what to pray for as we ought, but the Spirit himself intercedes for us with groanings too deep for words.

INTERCESSION
Intercessory prayer, sometimes called "standing in the gap," is essentially lifting up the needs and concerns of others to God YHWH. And it is an expression of agape, or selfless, love.
What Is the Difference Between Regular and Intercessory Prayer?
Many people use the words “prayer” and “intercession” interchangeably. And though they both have things in common, they are not exactly the same thing.
Prayer, simply put, is talking to The Almighty. We can give Him praise, we can cry out to Him, we can ask Him questions and lift up our cares.
Praying to our Heavenly Father grows our understanding of and strengthens our relationship with Him.
Intercession happens when we reach beyond ourselves and our needs in prayer. When we feel a burden for someone else, a people group, a nation, we can be encouraged to bring that to the Lord Adonai, stand on their behalf.

Ask the Holy Spirit to open your eyes for the needy and necessary things.
